Our team will asses your return and will work with you closely to help with your concerns. 

Refunds (if applicable)

Please have your item in same condition that you received it. It also  must be in original packaging and unused. 

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Please allow 14 days for refund to be processed from the date you receive the email from our team.  

Refund Policy 

• There will be no refunds on orders that are cancelled 48 hours prior to delivery date. cupcake orders can not be cancelled or refunded 48 hours of scheduled times.
• Perishable goods such as cupcakes cannot be returned.
• No perishable goods may be returned to store within 7 days of purchase.
• Gift cards can not be redeemed as cash. or refunded.
